Is there a free trial available?

Yes, Global Connect Mobility offers a free trial of up to four months. You can start testing the platform directly with the “Application” phase using your own international mobility program.

Can I get support during the free trial period?

Yes. During the trial period, users get support from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and access to our personalized support communication channel for quick answers.

Features and functionalities
Is there a chatbot available to users?

Yes. An optional AI chatbot (integrated into the platform and/or a WhatsApp bot) could guide students and staff at every step, providing assistance and reminders in real time.

Management and Data
Can we extract data from student applications?

Yes. All mobility data is stored in a structured and secure format. You can export full reports that include the timestamps of the applications and the submitted documents.

Can documents be uploaded and verified from the platform?

Yes. Students upload the required documents (passport, certificates, essays), which are then reviewed and approved by staff with compliance checks. All files are encrypted and stored with role-based access controls to ensure privacy and security compliance.

Is there a way to instantly contact support?

Yes. We provide, if required, a WhatsApp support line for direct contact during business hours.

What subscription models are available?

We offer both annual and multi-year plans, with discounts for early adopters, consortia and public institutions.

Are there discounts for trial users who become customers?

Yes. Trial users who subscribe within four months after the end of the trial period receive preferential pricing and access to additional features.
