* Round-trip airfare for the first 15 participants who complete the form and pay the first installment of USD 775 by October 23, 2026. Places are assigned in order of registration, once the payment has been validated. If a payment is not confirmed, the place passes to the next person on the list.
If your institution or organization will pay for your participation, attach the official sponsorship letter in the Adjunta carta de auspicio (attach sponsorship letter) section of the form. We will contact your institution or organization to validate the information and coordinate the payment. The place with airfare will be confirmed once the payment has been received and validated within the stated deadline.
Important: the form will show the Con pasaje incluido (airfare included) option while places are available. If it does not appear, you can register for the option without airfare.
- Round-trip airfare, except for the first 15 participants whose place with airfare included has been confirmed by Global Connect.
- Dinners.
- Personal expenses.
- Transportation from the participant's home to the Lima airport and back.
- Transfers between the airport and the accommodation, in either direction, when the flight is scheduled outside the times previously indicated by Global Connect. To use the included transfers, participants must buy their tickets within the established times.
- Hotel taxes or charges that may apply when the participant does not present a passport and identifies only with a national ID (DNI). It is therefore essential to travel and check in at the hotel with a valid passport in order to qualify for the corresponding exemption, where applicable.
- Activities, purchases, or additional services not expressly specified in the program.

Participation confirmation
Your participation is confirmed once you complete the form and Global Connect validates receipt of the first installment. You will receive the confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
Voluntary cancellations
If you decide to cancel your participation, the conditions of the option you chose apply. With the airfare included option, payments made are non-refundable. With the no airfare option, you can request cancellation until November 20, 2026; the amount to be refunded is calculated after deducting the expenses already committed to suppliers. After that date, no refunds will be made.
Exceptional cases
Cancellation requests for health reasons or other duly justified circumstances will be assessed individually and must be supported by documentation.
Administrative and operating costs
Any approved refund is subject to the deduction of administrative costs, reservations, penalties, and services already contracted.
Cancellation and refund deadlines
With the no airfare option, you can request cancellation until November 20, 2026. If a refund applies, Global Connect will calculate the amount after deducting the expenses already committed to suppliers and will make the refund no later than December 20, 2026. Requests received after November 20 are not eligible for a refund.
Force majeure
Global Connect and the participating institutions are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or cancellations caused by government restrictions, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Rescheduling or cancellation
If the program cannot take place, rescheduling or a refund of the amount paid will be assessed, after deducting non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
Travel documents
Each participant is responsible for holding a valid passport and any other documents required to enter and travel within Colombia.

Frequently asked questions
No. The program is taught in Spanish, so you do not need to prove any knowledge of English. Some expressions or resources may appear in English because of the international subject matter, but they will be explained during the sessions.
Yes. It includes accommodation in shared rooms and the scheduled transportation for the academic activities, visits, and experiences in the itinerary. It also includes the transfer between the airport and the accommodation, provided the flight falls within the times previously indicated by Global Connect. Transfers outside those times must be covered by the participant.
- Complete the participation form HERE and attach the requested documents together with the proof of payment of the first installment.
- Global Connect will review your information and verify receipt of the payment within up to 72 hours.
- Once your registration and payment have been validated, you will receive confirmation of your place by email and WhatsApp.
If you would like one of the 15 places with airfare included, complete the form and pay the first installment of USD 775 by October 23, 2026. These places are assigned in order of registration and receipt of payment; submitting the form or the proof of payment alone does not confirm the reservation.

Payment is made in US dollars. Both options can be paid in two installments:
- Airfare included — USD 1,550: there are 15 places. They are assigned in order of registration and payment of the first installment of USD 775, which must be made by Friday, October 23, 2026. The second installment of USD 775 is due by November 20, 2026. This option does not allow cancellations or refunds.
- No airfare — USD 1,250: the first installment of USD 625 is due by October 30, 2026 and the second, of USD 625, by November 20, 2026. If you wish to cancel your participation, the conditions and penalties set out in the Global Connect Education cancellation policy apply.
If the places with airfare included run out, you can still register for the option without airfare.
Enrollment will remain open until the date announced by Global Connect or until the available places are filled, whichever comes first. We recommend applying and reserving your place early, as the program's capacity is limited.
